In the digital media era, especially in the screen of mobile, one metre passes faster than anything else. One second is enough for the scroll to move one metre with snapping a single finger. What if it comes out of the screen? When we scroll down quickly on Google Image Search, all the images stay in a single color during the loading time. Bia combined this phenomenon with the concept of decisecond, which means one-hundredth of a second. Where the title of each single-colour image should be inserted, the length of the paper(mm) to be seen, and the time taken(decisecond) needed to be taken is added. One Metre Per One Minute is produced on the premise that people read a one-meter-long paper booklet for one minute. To look around the booklet requires more time and effort than just scrolling the screen.
